Data Safety Declaration / Privacy Policy
Effective date: [05 May 2026]
This Data Safety Declaration applies to the mobile game “Searwoy - Word Search” published by Rewernator.
We respect user privacy and design our telemetry so that it is limited, diagnostic, and privacy-safe. The game does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, payment card details, raw purchase receipts, raw purchase tokens, raw order IDs, or full billing payloads.
1. Services Used
The game may use the following services, depending on the app version and runtime configuration:
- Firebase Crashlytics, used for crash reporting and technical diagnostics.
- Firebase Analytics, used for aggregated gameplay and app usage analytics.
- Google Play Billing / Unity In-App Purchasing, used to process in-app purchases.
- Apple App Store In-App Purchase, if the iOS version is distributed.
Advertising SDKs are disabled in the current implementation. Rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banners, and ad network requests are not used by the game logic.
2. Data Collected
When Crashlytics is enabled, the game may collect:
- Crash reports.
- Stack traces.
- App version and build number.
- Device model, operating system version, and basic device state at the time of a crash.
- Non-fatal technical errors.
- Sanitized diagnostic information related to in-app purchase flow, such as purchase step, product alias, safe error category, validation category, and store type.
When Analytics is enabled, the game may collect:
- App start and session events.
- Gameplay progress events.
- Shop interaction events.
- In-app purchase flow events.
- Virtual currency earn/spend events.
- Aggregated technical events.
- App instance identifiers generated by Firebase/Google Analytics.
The game does not send raw receipts, purchase tokens, order IDs, emails, payment data, or full Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit payloads to Crashlytics or Analytics.
3. In-App Purchases
Payments are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store systems. We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank details, or full payment credentials.
The game may store local purchase entitlement information, such as whether a non-consumable item has been purchased or whether virtual currency has been granted. This is used to prevent duplicate grants and to restore purchased content where supported.
4. Purpose of Data Use
Collected data is used only for:
- Detecting, diagnosing, and fixing crashes.
- Improving game stability.
- Understanding aggregated gameplay behavior.
- Debugging in-app purchase failures.
- Preventing duplicate purchase grants.
- Supporting purchase restoration.
- Maintaining app functionality and reliability.
We do not sell user data.
5. Data Sharing
Data may be processed by Google/Firebase as a service provider for Crashlytics, Analytics, and Google Play Billing functionality.
We do not share raw purchase receipts, raw purchase tokens, raw order IDs, email addresses, payment details, or personal billing information with third parties.
6. Data Security
Data transmitted to Firebase and Google services is encrypted in transit. Diagnostic telemetry is sanitized before being sent. Sensitive purchase fields are removed or replaced with safe categories and non-reversible hashes where needed.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Firebase and Google services retain diagnostic and analytics data according to their service settings and retention policies.
Users may request deletion of data associated with the app by contacting:
marcin.rewertyn@gmail.com
Please include the app name and platform. We may need technical information to identify the relevant app instance. Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or purchase entitlement integrity.
8. Children’s Privacy
The game does not intentionally collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
9. Changes to This Declaration
This declaration may be updated when the app’s data practices, SDKs, analytics, crash reporting, billing, or platform requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page.
